A: $217.60 Includes Washington State Sales Tax.

Q: How can I open escrow with Elliott Bay Escrow?
A: Simply fax to our office a request to open escrow (Fax 206 382-8239). On purchase and sale transactions please include a fully executed Purchase and Sale agreement. On refinance transactions please include a complete loan application and signed borrowers authorization form.
